Bidor Wan Tan Mee and Herbal Duck Soup

On my trip to Penang, we stop by Bidor famous Wan Tan Mee in Pun Chun Restaurant to have our late breakfast
The place is as usual, packed with people, luckily for u, we manage to get a seat.

As we seated down and order our food, the service there is terrible lol, because the business there is too good that's why its terrible, everyone is rushing here and there to serve the food.

The first food we order it is the famous Wu Kok, the char siew inside the yam is sweet and the pork meet is tender, the crust on the outside is crispy.

Nothing goes without a good cup of tea

The Wan Tan Mee taste just as normal as other but the difference is the mee/noodle. Its springy.
To cook this mee, u need an experience cook to cook this mee, because this mee is not like any other mee that just dip in hot water, to cook this mee u need to know on how long to cook the mee in hot boiling water and after that it have to dip in cold water, if not the mee will turn out soggy or half cook.

The other specialty is this soup, Duck Drumstick Herbal Soup. Its a heatty soup if drink it, so its recommend not to drink too much or risk having nose bleed. As u drink u will feel the burning feeling down your throat. The duck meat is very soft and tender.
