Padang (Penang)

A nice view of Penang on a ferry.

When we reach Penang the first place we go to fill our stomach is in Padang,

Actually i wanted to order the Indian po piah, but cant because its closed.

so ordered this po piah instead, average taste but the filling inside is so little not enough for me :P .

This laksa taste good, to get a good laksa in Penang is not hard, just stop by any coffee shop that sell laksa, its just as good as other.
Lobak, famous in Penang, a tasty filling snack serve with its 'loh'.

Cucur Udang, the sauce is very nice,its a little bit sweet and a bit hot because of its chili.

Loh Mee, the 'loh' in the lobak and this 'loh' in this mee is the same,but for the lobak its sweet and the 'loh' in this mee have some spices

Lucky me, its hard to find this kind of curry pup, in Penang they call this 'POP POP', caused of its crunchy crust,when we bite it, u will hear the crunchy sound and the crunchy onions on the top. Its hard to find it in Penang now days, only some Indians in Penang knows how to do this.
